VTPix - Pricing
Standard Service:
Photographer takes pictures of exterior and interior of the property (with provided address and access to the interior of the property)
VTPix's web professionals create a web page with a unique url with 10 of the best pictures of the property, contact information, property description and amenity list that you provide. VTPix uploads it to the servers and sends you a unique url to post on your website, give out to potential buyers or include in any marketing you do for the property.
VTPix will provide a back button to return to the page they came from to see the virtual tour.
The unique url will stay in place for 6 months (see below for continuing the listing). Any updates beyond sending out the photographer a second time for changes, like paint jobs or clean up of property, will be done for free.

Discount:
There is a quantity discount. If ordered at the same time, each additional listing will be $149.00.
Continue Virtual Tour After 6 Months:
After 6 months, if the property hasn't sold and you want to keep your virtual tour up online, $25 will be charged to cover another 3 months.
Add-ons:
VTPix can make the unique url appear to be a part of your website. Any links or buttons will work just as they do on your current site and at the bottom of the virtual tour VTPix will provide a back button to return to the page they came from to see the virtual tour.
This is a one time fee. Once we have the template set up, any additional properties you use VTPix for will just be placed in the same template.
Any changes to your site that need to be reflected in a/all virtual tour(s) will be quoted depending on the degree of change.
