VTPix - Services
Our standard service gives real estate agents and for sale by owners the ability to have a virtual tour (static images) online for their potential buyers to view pictures of the home for sale.
VTPix sends out a photographer to take pictures of the front and back of the property and the interior. VTPix receives the pictures and creates a web page with a unique url with the realtor's or home owner's (for sale by owner) contact information, map to the property, the 10 pictures of the property, amenity list, property description and price.
VTPix will also set up a unique url that only you will have access to. You will be able to go to the page and print out flyers of the proprty with 6 of the pictures we have taken, amenities list, contact information, price and property description.
Your virtual tour page will stay online with us for six months, and if the property is not sold, you can opt to extend the listing for a nominal hosting fee.

VTPix offers add-ons to upgrade your virtual tour listing. VTPix can take the source of your website and place the virtual tour VTPix creates in the design of your current website. We will place a back button at the bottom of the virtual tour and all the links that VTPix takes with the code of your website means anyone can link directly to the page they want from your own website's navigation.
